**Role Description**

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Proven experience as a Tender Writer, Proposal Writer, or similar role
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to understand and synthesise complex information
- Demonstrated experience in writing, editing, and proofreading documents, such as tenders, proposals, reports, or technical documentation
- Excellent project management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify client needs and preferences, and tailor written responses to meet those needs
- Collaborative working style, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Experience in a related field such as Business Development, Marketing or Communications is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field is preferred
