We are one of the few Oral and Maxillofacial practices in Australia to offer both a specialist clinic and a fully accredited Day Surgery facility, ensuring patients receive comprehensive care in one location.Situated in a state-of-the-art, purpose-built centre in Kent Town, Oromax is the largest Oral and Maxillofacial surgical facility in Adelaide, dedicated to delivering the highest standards of patient care.About the Role (12 Month Contract)Are you a dynamic healthcare leader with a passion for delivering excellence in patient care?
Oromax has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Services Manager to join our Day Hospital team and play a key role in shaping the future of our clinical operations.As Clinical Services Manager, you will ensure accreditation readiness, oversee the day-to-day management of our hospital's clinical services, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, quality, and experience.
You will provide strong leadership to our nursing and clinical team, foster a supportive and collaborative workplace culture, and drive continuous improvement across all areas of care.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and enhance hospital accreditation, leading preparation, audits, and ongoing adherence to standardsLead and support nursing and the clinical team to deliver safe, high-quality patient careEnsure compliance with NSQHS Standards, relevant legislation, and regulatory requirementsOversee clinical governance, quality improvement, and risk management initiativesManage staffing, rostering, and workforce planning to ensure optimal service deliveryCollaborate with the executive team on strategy, innovation, and service growthAbout YouRegistered Nurse with current AHPRA registrationStrong background in perioperative/day hospital or acute care managementDemonstrated experience in clinical governance and accreditation processesProven leadership and people management experienceExcellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skillsPassionate about patient-centred care and continuous improvementWhy Join Us?
