Senior Clinical Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Team Leader to join our Allied Health Social Work Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Driving quality initiatives and service improvement projects to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the service.
- Fostering professional networks and working relationships with key stakeholders to support service development and quality activities.
- Developing and implementing social work practices and protocols for managing complex psychosocial cases.
- Providing consultative services to support the development of social work practices across the organization.
- Coordinating and facilitating ongoing training and development programs for Social Work staff.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification that provides eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Significant experience at a senior clinical level within the profession in an area of specialisation.
- The ability to manage a clinical caseload while undertaking concurrent project work.
- Strong coordination skills to deliver effective service provision for consumers.
- Effective leadership and time management skills to supervise a professional team.
