**Job Title:** Team Leader
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of clinicians, providing supervision, mentorship, and guidance to ensure high-quality clinical services are delivered.
This role involves overseeing evidence-based clinical services in line with NDIS requirements, managing clinical caseloads, and supporting the recruitment, induction, and professional development of team members.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of clinicians to deliver high-quality clinical services.
- Manage clinical caseloads and assist with complex cases.
- Support recruitment, induction, and professional development of team members.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to grow services and maintain quality standards.
- Relevant degree (Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology).
- Current registration or membership (AHPRA or SPA).
- Minimum five years' clinical experience, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory skills.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS and person-centred practice.
- Commitment to culturally safe and trauma-informed care.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
