Production Assistant

This role is a Monday-Thursday office based role with WFH Fridays based in the Moore Park Location | Eastern Suburbs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Production and Logistics Manager in managing production timelines and coordinating with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Assist in sourcing and obtaining quotes from international and local suppliers for manufacturing requirements.
- Maintain accurate production delivery dates and handle administrative tasks related to product certifications.
- Record batch details and conduct quality control checks on retention samples.
- Provide up-to-date artwork to manufacturers and assist in general quality control efforts.
- Generate purchase orders for manufacturing production and troubleshoot any issues.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders for stock movements and shipping logistics.
- Monitor and report any shipment delays and provide necessary paperwork for shipments.
- Manage stock in transit to warehouses and supply dispatch dockets and packing lists.
- Assist in stock management, including repacking requirements, barcode tasks, and new product setup.

**Essential Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in a similar or extensive Administration role
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft suite.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Team player.
- Full-time role requiring work from the office four days a week - Mon-Thurs
- Not suitable for fully remote work.
- Must have full residency or a permanent visa in Australia.
