Due to recent internal movements we are now seeking **Expressions of Interest** for **a**_ _**Loan Set Team** **Leader**. You will responsible for managing the performance and output of the Inbound and Outbound Loan Set team on a rotational basis. Taking a 'hands on' approach to this role, you will be across all aspects of Loan Set representatives' position on a day to day basis.

**To be successful in this role you will responsible for**:

- Ensuring that team members comply with the existing processes
- Managing the Inbound and Outbound teams to ensure Loan Set targets are achieved
- Plan staffing levels for areas of responsibility.
- Promote positive team morale and address performance issues should these occur.
- Provide information in support of the performance review process
- Ensure all work performed is aligned to the highest business priority
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Gain a positive profile with key Zimmer Biomet Sales staff, based on superior customer service.
- Establish key relationships with the Marketing and Sales teams to drive collaboration on service delivery challenges and initiatives.
- Ensure that a 5S work environment is delivered and sustained

**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:

- Minimum High School Certificate (or equivalent educational level to support numerical and written criteria of the position).
- Previous Loan Sets experience, or a seasoned Logistics & Supply Chain professional
- SAP, RF Scanning & Barcoding experience will be advantageous
- Process driven, ability to problem solve and high attention to detail
- Preferably demonstrated leadership experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

Working additional hours as may be required to ensure business objectives are met.
