Job Description

As a leader in the Loan Set team, you will be responsible for managing the performance and output of the Inbound and Outbound Loan Set teams on a rotational basis.

You will take a hands-on approach to this role, being across all aspects of Loan Set representatives' position on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that team members comply with existing processes
  • Manage the Inbound and Outbound teams to ensure Loan Set targets are achieved
  • Plan staffing levels for areas of responsibility
  • Promote positive team morale and address performance issues as needed
  • Provide information in support of the performance review process
  • Ensure all work performed is aligned to the highest business priority
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities
  • Gain a positive profile with key Sales staff based on superior customer service
  • Establish key relationships with the Marketing and Sales teams to drive collaboration on service delivery challenges and initiatives
  • Ensure a 5S work environment is delivered and sustained

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School Certificate or equivalent educational level to support numerical and written criteria of the position
  • Previous Loan Sets experience or a seasoned Logistics & Supply Chain professional
  • SAP, RF Scanning & Barcoding experience is advantageous
  • Process driven, ability to problem solve and high attention to detail
  • Preferably demonstrated leadership experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
