**_Our client is looking for a stand out Employment Law Associate to join their team_**

**THE FIRM**

This firm specialises in Commercial Law and have firms operating all across Australia. They are proud to say they have a down-to-earth and approachable team, who are the fabric of the amazing culture that is maintained at this firm. They have a modern and sophisticated office located in Collins Street, Melbourne; providing an exceptionally professional environment for your working day.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

In this role you will gain exposure to complex, sensitive and high-profile matters. You will have involvement in industrial relations matters and workforce planning. Your key duties and responsibilities will include organising specialist reports, providing advice, drafting and reviewing policies and procedures, and more

You will not have to adhere to billable targets in this role, your time will be recorded but it does not determine the quality of your work. You will be working in collaboration with your peers, building each other up rather than working competitively against them.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Has around 3+ years PAE.
- Has a positive attitude and eagerness to work hard.
- Can work well in a team environment.
- Has exceptional communication abilities.
