**The Company**
My client are an established and reputable firm who have been in the market for 50 years They are proud of their culture being about values, their people and the community. My client provides all of their clients with outstanding service that is based on principals. They offer all of their clients fixed fees and don't charge by the hour.
**The Opportunity**
The firm has big plans to refine the family law department and to grow it with like-minded lawyers who are passionate about family law and their clients. They are seeking a driven and motivated lawyer who is keen to step into a managerial role and work closely alongside the other practice leader in the department. The firm has a collegiate environment, where you would be working closely with the estate team who have a very good name in the market so that you can capitalise Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Managing complex family matters
- Building up the practice through balanced Business Development (no transferrable practice required)
- Managing and guiding the family law team alongside the other head
- play a key part in expanding the family law team through onboarding and recruitment
- Mentoring others and being the "go to" for questions
**About you**:
- 8+ yrs PQE
- Experience handling a wide range of complex family matters
- An innovative mindset, who are caring, smart and ethical
- Strong business acumen
- Passion for having a positive impact on the community and businesses
- Consistently delighted clients in previous roles
- Eager to see others succeed through strong mentorship and leadership
