**About The Role**

As our new Credit Controller, you will play a key role within our national finance team as you focus on compiling and maintaining Velocity Truck Centres Australia's accounts receivables records to ensure all debtors have paid invoices within the company's established payment procedures.

Reporting to the Group Credit Manager, this position will be based at our Daimler Trucks Perth Dealership.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receipt cash sales, debtors' payments, and banking
- Control and collect debtors' balances
- Reconcile Debtors, cash sales accounts and Finance Company payment clearing account
- Account reconciliation & issuing monthly invoices/statements
- Assisting with bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**About you**:

- Proven experience working in a credit control environment
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office suite
- A sound understanding of general accounting principles
- A high level of personal commitment to safety and compliance with safety requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer focused mindset
