In our team you will
Handle a mixture of inbound/outbound calls, confidentially logging client details into our systems
Creating rehabilitation case files and co-ordinating rehabilitation referrals from internal and external customers
Professionalism dealing with a variety of participants from various and vulnerable backgrounds
Use a range of systems to locate client information and communicate bookings with consultants
Flexibility in helping and supporting other groups with the team'
Administration experience

Your weekends, are yours
This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm. We can work with you to plan hours that suit your needs.
What we're looking for
Customer Service Superstars Administration experience, In fact, we sometimes find that experience in other types of work like retail, sales, hospitality, and corporate roles develops skills and life experience that is highly suited to this role.
To be successful, you should have
Experience in coordination and administrative duties
A high level of attention to detail and resourcefulness
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Be able to work at pace with competing priorities
Strong multitasking abilities
Dealing with customers with vulnerable backgrounds, empathy and supportive
