A day in the life of a Front Office Attendant:
Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm, friendly, and attentive service
Stay up to date on reception emails and phone calls, and action administrative tasks promptly
Assist with accommodation, bistro, and booking duties as required, working collaboratively with the team
What do we need from you
About You
You understand that when it comes to guest service, every moment matters
You are great with people, communication, and attention to detail, motivated to create a memorable experience for guests and teammates
You are highly organised with excellent computer skills
You hold a current RSA certificate
