Customer Service Representative

About The Role
A Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for our guests. In this fast-paced role, you will use your strong time management and prioritisation skills to enhance the guest experience.

A Day in the Life:

Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm, friendly, and attentive service.
Stay up to date on reception emails and phone calls, and action administrative tasks promptly.
Assist with accommodation, bistro, and booking duties as required, working collaboratively with the team.

About You:
  • You understand that every moment matters when it comes to guest service.
  • You are great with people, communication, and attention to detail.
  • You are highly organised with excellent computer skills.
  • You hold a current RSA certificate.
