A day in the life of a Front Office Attendant:

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm, friendly, and attentive service
  • Stay up to date on reception emails and phone calls, and action administrative tasks promptly
  • Assist with accommodation, bistro, and booking duties as required, working collaboratively with the team

What do we need from you

About You

  • You understand that when it comes to guest service, every moment matters
  • You are great with people, communication, and attention to detail, motivated to create a memorable experience for guests and teammates
  • You are highly organised with excellent computer skills
  • You hold a current RSA certificate
