Your Key Accountabilities
**The Core Capability Requirements for this role are**:
- Research and develop distance education programs at a tertiary level.
- Undertake the delivery, assessment and evaluation of education and training within the relevant program.
- Provide effective support services to police officers and staff members studying the program through the distance education mode.
- Liaise with staff from other program areas and with clients and agencies external to the Education and Training Command to ensure that program content and implementation strategies meet identified needs.
**Role Requirements**:
Mandatory
- Possession of postgraduate qualifications/ degree in an appropriate discipline (eg. education, adult learning, human resource management, management) from a recognised tertiary institution, or equivalent qualifications.
Qualification
- Possession of a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and/or qualifications deemed equivalent will be considered favourably.
Technical/ Operational/ Educational Experience
- Experience in facilitation/instructional design considered favourably.
Other
- This role will require course facilitation.
