Job Title

Loan Kit Technician is a role that involves ensuring accurate and timely preparation of surgical loan kits in a fast-paced environment, working closely with Operations and Sales Teams.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of surgical loan kits, ensuring accuracy & efficiency, while also advancing their career in a dynamic MedTech environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Packing, dispatching, and tracking surgical loan kits and implants for hospitals and specialist rooms
  • Receiving, inspecting, and restocking returned kits to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet surgeon and sales representative requirements
  • Managing implant inventory for hospital consignment locations, ensuring availability for critical procedures
  • Accurately transacting all products in the ERP system, following standard operating procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in MedTech loan kit operations, preferably within a Kit Room environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in kit preparation and inventory management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills, balancing competing priorities effectively
