**Your Role**

This role is also responsible for the administration of various elements of the support function such as change control and the monitoring of inbound tickets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Address issues raised by users in a timely manner based on priority
- Act as a key contact for users in the areas of troubleshooting, analysing and solving software issues
- Work with the Architecture function when opportunities for system changes will result in fewer user issues.
- Manage and implement system upgrades or regular product updates within the SAP SuccessFactors environment.

**Skills & Experience**
- You will have experience in a SAP HRIS support environment and comfortable with the payroll system.
- Great project management and probloem solving skills
- a desire to work with various groups of people to produce great outcomes
