They look after their people and provide some of the best benefits, workspaces, and facilities in the industry.About the Role:You will play a critical role in driving structure and visibility across complex release schedules, refresh cycles, and environment bookings—supporting multiple delivery and testing teams across the program.Responsibilities:Lead environment planning, scheduling, and allocation across program workstreams.Manage connectivity requirements between D365 and integrated platforms.Coordinate and govern environment booking processes, ensuring fairness and operational efficiency.Oversee the release process into test environments, ensuring compliance with agreed methodologies.Develop and maintain detailed environment refresh schedules and support data coordination across teams.Collaborate with architects, developers, test managers, and program leads to ensure environment availability meets project timelines.Identify risks or issues with environment conflicts and proactively drive resolution.Skills and Experience:8+ years of experience in IT program delivery, ideally within large-scale transformation environments.Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous, especially when dealing with environment dependencies, and data refresh processes.Excellent organisational and stakeholder engagement skills—able to manage across multiple streams and priorities.Demonstrated experience in creating structure and governance in dynamic, fast-paced program settings.Ability to understand complex environment dependencies without needing to perform hands-on technical tasks.For a confidential discussion, please contact Pravin on quoting reference .
