Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients to deliver high-quality FM services
  • Manage service providers and contractors to implement approved works according to established service level agreements
  • Ensure the delivery of sustainability outcomes, including WHS&E accreditation, and energy, water, and waste minimization
  • Effectively manage and implement supplier services
  • Oversee the management of buildings in accordance with the approved Strategic Asset Plan
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans and ensure all emergency equipment is properly maintained
  • Ensure contractors working on assigned buildings comply with building safety regulations and requirements
  • Provide input to the budgeting process for assigned buildings as required
