You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere whether it is at the bar, in the restaurant, room service, conferencing and/or events.Deliver warm, attentive service that capture the bold, inviting spirit of a Hunter steakhouse, from first greeting to final farewells, creating a memorable and satisfying dining experienceCreate a welcoming and tailored presentation of the dining room, ensuring every detail contributes to the immersive ambianceCultivate genuine relationships with guests and regular patrons, fostering loyalty and a sense of connectionCollaborate seamelessly with the kitchen and bar team to ensure flawless service delivery and timingServe as an ambassador for guest satisfaction, actively engaging with feedback to continually enhance the dining experienceFlexibility in work schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.Skills & ExperienceThese are the desired skills and experience for this role:Previous experience in a restaurant environmentA genuine passion for local food and wineFoundational wine knowledgeImpeccable presentation, communication, and interpersonal skillsA strong commitment to delivering refined, attentive service with poise and professionalismRSA certification and the right to work in AustraliaMust be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
