If you are passionate about food and beverage and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, Canterbury League Club has exciting opportunities for experienced Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team.About The RoleIn this hands-on role, you will be responsible for but are not limited to :Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests whilst promoting Canterbury's values.Efficiently take orders, upselling products, assisting in meal and beverage preparation, and ensuring quality and presentation standards.Maintaining cleanliness of all service areas, handling payment transactions accurately, and delivering accurate, friendly and efficient serviceAssisting with patron enquiries / requests and providing accurate Club informationAs a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will have the opportunity to work across various outlets including The Bistro, Bakehouse Café, The Flame Restaurant – our A La Carte Restaurant, Bulldogs Sports Bar, The Atrium Bar, Canterbury's newest function spaces and cocktail bar Bartega.To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes :Current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card (essential)Full working rights in AustraliaDemonstrated experience in a customer service roleBe excited at the prospect of working in a fast-paced environmentPossess the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environmentExcellent communication skillsExceptional grooming and presentationFlexibility to work a rotating 24 hours, 7-day week roster including, mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.What's in it for you?
