OverviewSir Stamford at Circular Quay is surrounded by the Royal Botanic Gardens, beautiful Sydney Harbour, the city skyline and located on Macquarie Street.
The hotel features 105 guest rooms including 15 suites, a restaurant, a bar and 4 function rooms.The hotel itself partly resides in a building dating back to the late 1800's that is listed with the National Heritage Register.The RoleSir Stamford at Circular Quay is currently recruiting dynamic and motivated Food & Beverage Attendants to work across all Hotel F&B Outlets.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional food and beverage service to guestsEnsure outlets are set prior to meal service, including table set up and clearanceGreet and serve guests in a prompt mannerUnderstand the menu, offer suggestions, and up-sell food and beverage itemsEnsure correct pack down procedures are followedLook after guest inquiries in a professional mannerRestock fridges to par levels, store and ensure the outlet is correctly stocked in accordance with outlet stock control guidelinesAbout youTo be successful in this exciting role, the right candidate will have a bright, energetic attitude and most importantly - will love to have fun, in addition to:Passionate about hospitality, food and wineImmaculate presentationA real go-getter, who can think on their feetThe flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including early mornings, late evenings and weekendsCurrent NSW Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol is essentialDemonstrated experience as a Food and Beverage Attendant in a hotel environmentBenefitsGreat opportunities for career developmentThe opportunity to work with industry professionals in an exciting hotel environmentComplimentary duty mealsComplimentary uniform cleaningCity location with public transport on the doorstepHow to ApplyIf you are interested in applying for the above position, please forward your application (covering letter and CV) via the link below.
