This role is responsible for campaign performance analysis, experimentation analysis, and customer marketing insights.You will support the team by tracking marketing and CRM experiments, and ensuring insights are actioned effectively.
This is an exciting opportunity for an analytically minded individual looking to develop their skills in marketing data, reporting, and measurement.You will also:Track and report on key marketing and CRM campaigns, providing insights on performance and effectiveness.Perform a senior role and take the lead analytics projects.Guide and mentor junior team members.Support post-campaign analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Maintain and update core marketing reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and relevance.Support marketing experiments, including A/B testing, to measure impact and effectiveness.Provide insights from test results to optimise future marketing strategies.Pull and validate customer lists for targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data regulations.Support segmentation and targeting efforts to improve campaign effectiveness.Ensure data hygiene and accuracy in reports and customer targeting.About YouDeep experience withSQLand love diving into data to find the story beneath the surface.StrongExcelskills and experience withBI toolslike Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.You're adata storyteller and able to translate complex analysis into clear, compelling insights for any audience.Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as autonomously.Strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for solving real-world problems.You thrive in fast-paced, agile environments and are always looking for ways to improve, learn, and grow.Understanding of marketing metrics and campaign performance tracking.Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation methodologies is highly regarded.Why You'll Love Working HereAlong with a competitive salary and generous performance-based bonus, here's some of our other benefits:25 days annual leaveGenuine flexible working policy$1050 work-from-home allowance to set up your home officeAccess to our Employee Assistance Program and a Circle In membershipAccess to outstanding career development programs, including expert-led internal training and external learning opportunitiesWeekly concierge service including free massages, facials and nail appointments – all onsite
