**Job Description**:
We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for a professional, experienced and dedicated Revenue Manager to join our high preforming team at Minor Hotels.

Reporting to a highly successful and supportive Director of Revenue Management, you will be responsible for ensuring that each Hotel within your portfolio achieves budgeted GOR (Gross Operating Revenue), and has an optimum STR RGI performance.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Yield Management for all hotels in the portfolio
- Approval of corporate, wholesale & group pricing for the portfolio
- Assist in implementation and updating of revenue management operations, procedures and best practices
- Identify new revenue opportunities & deploy strategies to implement
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly annual reporting as required
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Regional General Managers and Hotel Managers
- Exceed market share per Hotel/ Cluster and achieve a YoY increase on RGI market performance
- Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting
- Conduct monthly cluster performance review and develop strategic and tactical action along with the Commercial Team

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role you will require the following skills, experience and qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management or similar
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Hotel Reservations or Revenue Management function
- Intermediate to advance excel skills
- A comprehensive understanding of revenue management principles within a multinational hotel chain
- Superior attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong reporting, analytical and problem solving skills
- Previous experience using iDeaS Pricing System (IPS) or similar Revenue Management system (preferred)
- Experience in handling channel managers like SiteMinder (preferred)
- Availability to work full time hours based in the Brisbane CBD, Monday - Friday only
