Revenue Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Management professional to join our team based in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data to maximize profitability for 60 hotels and resorts across Australia and New Zealand.

  • Assist in implementing effective revenue management strategies
  • Analyze data in various revenue clusters
  • Compile statistical data daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Monitor market conditions through competitor rate analysis
  • Participate in daily revenue calls and meetings with key stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Hotel Reservations or Operations
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Superior attention to detail and time management skills
  • Understanding of revenue management principles within a multinational hotel chain
  • Previous experience using a Revenue Management system
  • Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience handling channel managers like SiteMinder
