About the Role
Revenue Manager
- Coordinate all aspects of the financial management systems relating to revenue services ensuring compliance with the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1977 and other relevant procedures through the implementation of sound financial management practices.
- Ensure outstanding debts are minimised through the timely implementation of debt collection processes.
- Participate in quality improvement activities relating to revenue services through expertise in financial management systems and general computer skills.
- Manage organisational change by providing leadership and support for the revenue team.
- Motivate, support and coach subordinate staff using the performance appraisal and development process.
- Ensure patients and staff are treated fairly and with mutual respect and understanding, regardless of cultural, religious, ethnic and linguistic backgrounds, gender, identity, ages or abilities.
