Our client is seeking to engage a Corporate Governance and Risk Administrator on a Permanent, full time role.
**Position Overview**
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**_Corporate Governance -_**
- Manage all Corporate Governance related matters for the Group, including continually reviewing the Group's governance and making recommendations for improvement where relevant.
- Ensure the preparation, collation and distribution of agendas, papers, meeting information packs, minutes and reports and managing subsequent actions for Audit and Risk Committee meetings.
- Maintain oversight of Audit and Risk Committee work-plans and preparation for future meetings, review minutes of Audit and Risk Committee meetings, and
- manage action point completion from minutes of Audit and Risk Committee meetings.
- Support the CEO and CFO with all other Corporate Governance related matters for the Group, including assisting with preparation of Board Papers, stakeholder reporting, compliance obligations, and Corporate Governance calendar & planning.
**_ Risk Management -_**
- Regularly review and assess (with input from the Group and relevant sub-committees) the Risk Management Framework, Policies, and Strategic and Operational Risk Registers to ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management is maintained.
- Coordinate and manage all matters relating to the Risk Management Committee, including preparing agendas, papers, meeting information packs, and following up on Action Items.
- Ensure risk management policies and procedures are effectively communicated to the management and staff throughout the Group.
- Support all areas of the business to conduct and review Risk Assessments, in accordance with the Risk Management Framework.
**_ Special Projects -_**
- As required, undertake and project manage projects to ensure an effective risk management and corporate governance across the Group, with a focus on continual improvement.
- Oversee other special projects as the CFO and the Group may decide. This may involve coordinating multiple simultaneous work streams and communicating effectively with individuals to ensure project deadlines are met and benefits delivered.

- Understand and support the vision, mission and aims of the Group.
- Maintain awareness of your own and others' Health and Safety and comply with the Group's Health and Safety Policy.
- Take appropriate responsibility for records held, created, or used as part of your work for the Group (paper-based and electronic) as per the relevant Data Protection policies.
- Encourage team working and effective communication with colleagues.
- Act as a representative of the Group and deal with customers, stakeholders, and the public in a professional manner at all times.
- Comply with financial and other policies and practices as applicable.
- Undertake other duties as may be reasonably requested of your post.
