We are looking for a **Graduate Remuneration & Benefits Administrator** to join our Experience division. The Symbio corporate division includes the core technology, legal, finance, marketing and people experience teams that work across our global organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Remuneration & Benefits, this role will be administering, analysing, communicating employee equity grant and/or purchase programs. This role will provide exposure to Board Papers and Executive Remuneration in an ASX listed company environment. This is a hands-on role where you will be given opportunities to be involved in projects as soon as you are ready

**What you'll do as a Graduate Remuneration and Benefits Administrator**:

- Assist with developing, interpreting, and recommending incentive programs
- Administer employee grant and/or purchase plan(s)
- Preparing and distributing employee grant documentation and agreements
- Answer employee questions regarding equity plans and grants
- Analysis of employee incentive program(s) performance and input on recommendations
- Produce accurate reports
- Participate in Symbio Graduate Master classes and activities
- Develop own capabilities and take ownership of own professional development

**Qualifications**:
**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Recently completed a university degree in Finance, Business or Commerce
- Strong interest in human resources and technology
- High performing; demonstrated by a credit average grade
- Previous work experience or internship in a finance and human resources environment an advantage
- Commitment and drive in completing the Program
- Good communication skills in all forms including written, verbal, and presentation essential
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
- Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks
- Strong analytical skills, ability to solve problems to generate ideas and solutions
- Good customer service skills and ability to build good relationships
- Curious, tenacious, and creative but are also a great team player
