**About the Role**:
This is an exciting opportunity to work directly under the guidance of our Senior Secretary, supporting a dynamic team in a highly respected law firm. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our front-of-house and administration runs smoothly, all while gaining valuable experience in the legal sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting clients and managing incoming calls in a professional manner
- Handling mail, filing, and scanning legal documents
- Supporting the Senior Secretary with administrative and secretarial duties
- Maintaining meeting rooms and supplies
- Assisting with data entry and document preparation
- Keeping our office organised, efficient, and welcoming

**Who We're Looking For**:

- A motivated individual with a great attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Previous office experience is a bonus, but not essential - we're happy to train the right person

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
