Medical Officer Opportunity

We are seeking a Medical Officer to join our team. As a junior member of a multi-disciplinary team, you will deliver medical care consistent with your level of experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide medical care under the supervision of an unaccredited, basic or advanced trainee and/or fellow and consultant senior medical officer.
  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Participate in after-hours overtime and on-call rosters.
  • Rotate in other hospitals within the Network.

Requirements

  • MBBS or equivalent qualification.
  • Currently registered with the Medical Board of Australia.
  • 12 months experience working as a medical officer (not observer) in an Australian Public Hospital.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
