We're seeking a Workforce Planner to coordinate the installation and relocation of gaming and wagering equipment across South Australia.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring venues are set up for success, working closely with both internal teams and external partners to make it all happen.
What You'll Do Arrange and coordinate the installation, removal, and relocation of gaming and wagering equipment Plan and schedule daily jobs, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time Be the key link between venue operators, service teams, and suppliers Keep stakeholders updated and manage expectations with professionalism Support team operations with accurate records, scheduling, and follow-up What You'll Bring Experience working in gaming, wagering, or hospitality – you know how venues operate Strong communication skills and the ability to keep things moving Great organisation and time management – you can juggle multiple priorities A proactive, detail-focused approach and the ability to work both independently and in a team Confidence with Microsoft Office and an eagerness to learn new systems Why Join Us?
