**About the Company**:
We have partnered with a well-known transport organisation in the heart of Melbourne CBD, looking for an experienced Network Technician to join an established Networks Team, where you will be reporting into the Technical Services Manager.

**About the Role**:
This role will be hybrid working
- Accountable for the delivery of Networks, Telephony, Managed Rack Service and Building Access Service
- Work closely with all Network Management pillars and key stakeholders
- Develop relationships with end users and understand the business needs
- Create, maintain and deliver work instructions via approved Knowledge Management tool to ensure currency and accuracy of documentation, supporting technology agnostic capabilities
- Perform health checks and maintenance tasks
- Work closely with key network vendors
- Meeting our promise to customers and the business
- Contribute to the network infrastructure team plan

**About You**:

- 2 years' experience as a Network Technician
- Experience establishing robust Network, telephone environments by designing system configuration
- Extensive knowledge of Cisco base technologies, switching, routing, MPLS, Office 365, Firewall, VMware, Datacentre, VPN, Citrix
- LAN & WAN experience is essential
- Proven troubleshooting skills
- Excellent relationship management skills, as well as highly developed communication skills both verbal and written
- Technical proficiency with an aptitude for working with IT hardware.
- Be able to identify problems, determine possible solutions and actively work to resolve the issues.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to set priorities and follow direction to plan and organise.
- Ability to work autonomously and seek guidance when necessary
- Proof of vaccination certificate
