**About the Role**:
Create memorable moments and amazing experiences for our guests as a **Bartender** You will bring with you a good understanding of beverages across the board, the confidence to make suggestions and upsell to guests and a passion for amplifying the guest's experience. Seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic and vibrant environment, and who thrive in a fast-paced setting where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. 1 year prior experience required for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages including cocktails
- Work with a large range of local and imported wines, spirts and craft beers
- Upsell and Suggestive sell
- Restock and replenish bar inventory supplies
- Provide a personalised, exceptional standard of service
- Ensure safe and responsible service of alcohol
- Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and resolving any issues that may arise promptly and professionally.

**About you**:

- 1 years experience in a similar role is required
- Extensive beverage knowledge
- A valid RSA
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment with high volumes of customers
- The ability to work effectively in a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities

Pay: $32.31 - $38.78 per hour
