Omeros Bros Seafood Restaurant is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our talented team in our Main Beach, Queensland location. As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating delicious cocktails for our guests. This is a casual position,.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and serving a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages *Please note Barista skills needed
  2. Providing friendly and efficient table service to customers
  3. Ensuring the bar area is kept clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times
  4. Adhering to all relevant liquor licensing laws and health and safety regulation
  5. Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience working as a Bartender in a similar high-volume, fast-paced environment
  2. Knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and spirits
  3. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
  4. Proficient in cash handling and point-of-sale systems
  5. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  6. A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
