About the role

Suga is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at our bar in Palm Beach, Queensland. This is a part-time role, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to a consistently high standard
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring all customers have an enjoyable experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organised bar area, restocking supplies, and adhering to health and safety standards
  • Working collaboratively with the broader hospitality team to support the smooth operation of the venue

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bartender in a similar high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, liquor brands, and bar equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and organised work environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer demands
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
