Responsibilities
Supporting day-to-day maintenance operations and addressing real engineering challenges within the Operations division in Railton, Tasmania.
Investigating problems through root cause analysis and applying practical solutions.
Monitoring equipment performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Using data to inform decision-making and drive reliability across the plant.
Contributing to planning and delivering maintenance activities, shutdowns, and capital projects.
Participating in reliability and asset improvement projects to shape the future of operations.
Building leadership skills with opportunities to supervise small teams.
Collaborating with experienced professionals and being a valued team member from day one.
About you
Qualifications
Completed or be completing a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
A strong interest in working as part of a team and building effective working relationships.
A passion for solving complex problems and analyzing data.
Resilience, proactivity, and a willingness to step outside their comfort zone.
A desire to grow, learn, and take on new challenges.
Openness to relocating for each rotation, including Railton, TAS and Gladstone, QLD.
