Flexible & hybrid working options to support work-life balance.Opportunities for promotion within our 52 offices.Training & development programs, wellness initiatives, birthday leave, volunteer leave, and industry-leading 20 weeks Paid Parental Leave.Social events, concert tickets, footy tickets, and an inclusive team environment.About the role:As a Sales Representative, your focus will be on driving new business, building strong client relationships, and delivering innovative advertising solutions using SCA's TV product suite and LiSTNR platform.Responsibilities include:Maximizing revenue through multi-platform advertising solutions.Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Identifying client marketing challenges and providing tailored solutions.Delivering exceptional customer service to your designated client base.Collaborating with internal teams to create tailored advertising proposals.Proactively seeking new clients and business opportunities.What we're looking for:2-3 years of sales experience; media experience is a plus but not essential.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to determine client needs and design solutions.Experience in negotiation, presentation, and sales tactics.Genuine interest in TV, media, and sales.Unrestricted driver's license and access to a car.Southern Cross Austereo is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
