**Job Overview**:
Seeking an experienced **SEO & PPC Specialist** to join the in-house team in Melbourne. The role involves optimising digital marketing strategies, driving website traffic, and maximising return on investment.

The opportunity includes taking over from an external agency and managing Google Tag Manager and the Shopify platform. A monthly budget of $1,500 will be allocated to support campaign execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies to enhance online performance.
- Work with Shopify to enhance the website's performance and ensure alignment with marketing goals.
- Manage and optimise campaigns to achieve maximum ROI within the allocated budget.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking to refine marketing efforts.
- Utilise Google Tag Manager to monitor and track website activity effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in digital marketing, particularly in the têxtile and fashion industries.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience in SEO and PPC, preferably within the têxtile or fashion industry.
- Strong proficiency in Shopify and Google Tag Manager.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and industry best practices.
