We are on a journey of growth and are seeking a dynamic, driven, and experienced **Head of SEO & Digital Marketing** to join our team and elevate our digital presence to new heights.

**Role Overview**:
In this leadership role, you will develop and execute an impactful SEO and digital marketing strategy to enhance our online visibility, drive traffic, and grow our brand's digital footprint. This is an opportunity for a data-driven SEO expert with a passion for the hospitality industry to shape OHG's digital future.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO Strategy**: Lead and develop SEO strategies to optimise organic search rankings, increase traffic, and maximize user engagement.
- **Content Marketing**: Oversee the creation of high-quality content for SEO, working closely with content creators to ensure alignment with SEO goals.
- **Digital Marketing Campaigns**: Design, implement, and analyse digital marketing campaigns, focusing on paid search, display, and social media channels.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Use analytics tools to track performance metrics, assess ROI, and make data-driven adjustments.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand managers and marketing specialists, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- **Market Analysis**: Keep up-to-date with SEO trends, competitor analysis, and digital marketing innovations to ensure OHG remains at the forefront of the industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with at least 2 years in SEO and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO practices, keyword research tools, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush.
- Demonstrable experience in executing successful digital marketing campaigns across social media, PPC, and display advertising.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with data-driven reporting.
- Background in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
