**The Role**:
Due to rapid expansion, our client is looking for an experienced, motivated, customer-focused Commercial Account Manager to join their growing team.

Reporting to the State Manager, the Commercial Account Manager is responsible for partnering with customers and operational teams to deliver strong performance and commercial outcomes. You will harness strong customer relationships and supply knowledge to optimise revenue, whilst driving business growth through identifying and securing new opportunities. You will be well versed in your customers' contracts and have the ability to identify and manage opportunities and areas of risk. As the key contact for your customer, you will coordinate and lead the internal efforts to address customers business priorities including continuous improvements. This is your chance to work with a high calibre, experienced team, delivering critical commercial outcomes with access to the whole enterprise support network.

**About you**:
High level of management and leadership skills with the capacity to develop, implement and achieve goals and targets.
- Strategic mindset with high level skills in the identification, specification and delivery of customer service in a large commercial organisation.
- Strong interpersonal skills including negotiation, consultation, facilitation and written communication skills
- Financial literacy and commercial acumen with the capacity to analyse data for problem solving (data collection, organisation, analysis, interpretation, presentation)
- Proven experience in working with sales budgets, targets and KPIs
- Experience in preparation of quotations and tender documents and account management
