**About the role**:
The Internal Communications Specialist is primarily responsible for producing engaging communications to build positive awareness of a major internal stakeholder and strengthen the team's reputation - internally and externally.

**Other responsibilities include**:

- Defining, driving, coordinating and delivering customer-centric and timely communications with internal clients.
- Plan, implement and evaluate communication activities to support successful delivery of the clients business priorities - such as including service improvements, incident response, portfolio delivery and staff engagement to support change management strategies.
- Ensuring effective branding consistent with the brand policy and aligned with the organisational values and mission.

**About you**:
You will have the ability to write newsworthy, compelling content, demonstrating creativity, passion and a flair for storytelling, tailored to a range of channels and formats.
