General Manager Job
This is an exciting leadership opportunity to take on a General Manager role in a thriving cinema location. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer experience, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational management of the cinema including monitoring and enhancing customer service activities
Full knowledge of Company Policies and Procedures
Movie session scheduling with film programmer
Establishing strong interdepartmental relationships and identifying opportunities to improve communication and planning
Ensuring location presentation and cleanliness meets company standards
Maintaining the company Asset Register for the location
Requirements:
Comprehensive knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) policies and procedures
Ability to lead by example and uphold a culture of excellence
Proven skills in motivating and developing high-performing teams
A strong alignment with EVT values and business goals
