I-MED Radiology Heidelberg is currently seeking a **Medical Receptionist** to join the team. The role is a** full time, permanent** position working** Monday to Friday** with 8-hour shifts between the core hours of** 6am to 9pm**. Based in Heidelberg, this role will involve rotating between Warringal, Heidelberg, Bundoora, Greensborough, Eltham, Doncaster and Mont Albert clinics.

Reporting to the Area Office Supervisor this role will include booking patients in person and on the phone for various procedures and medical imagery. You will provide patients with billing and preparation information whilst maintaining confidential details and upkeeping clinic standards and practices

**What will you be doing?**
- Deliver **high-quality reception and contact centre services** with a smile.
- Schedule and manage appointments to ensure **excellent customer service** and clinic efficiency.
- Provide compassionate **patient care** and outstanding service.
- Build strong relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers to maintain our trusted reputation.

Previous medical receptionist experience (highly desirable but not essential)

Experience in customer service/Administration
- Strong communication, IT skills and attention to detailBe able to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to work fast paced, autonomously and in a team environment
