**Your Graduate Journey**:
Our two-year Graduate Program helps graduates learn, grow, and thrive in a supportive environment. It provides diverse experiences and supports your growth based on your career ambitions including training courses, networking opportunities, and conferences. You'll work with various teams to explore your interests and learn from mentors, offering direct impact, visibility, and opportunities for growth and advancement.

**Customer Experience Team**

About the Role:
Our Customer Experience team helps you build a customer-centric mindset, learn our core business and systems, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. You will be the first point of contact for Signet, resolving customer queries through various channels, processing, and optimizing orders, and building product and systems knowledge. You'll also have opportunities for project work in sales, customer experience, marketing, procurement, L&D and supply chain.

**Sales Team**

About the Role:
Our sales role will involve reaching out to and strengthening relationships with new and existing customers through proactive phone and face-to-face contact. You'll identify new growth categories, drive sales opportunities, and inform customers of promotions and products via outbound campaigns. You'll play a key role in acquiring, retaining, and growing Signet's customer base.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- A Recent undergraduate degree (or about to graduate)
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales or hospitality
- A current Australian driver's license and own vehicle
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Motivation to work independently
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
