**The Role**:
As the Ecommerce Trade Manager you will lead a team to manage all operations and websites functions as well as driving and implementing the trade calendar of activity with a customer first approach.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead a small team of Online Merchandise Coordinators to manage all operations and websites functions.
- Provide regular feedback and ongoing mentorship to your team.
- Drive and implement the trade calendar of activity with a customer first approach.
- Attend weekly meetings to then delegate back to your team.
- Working with Marketing, Digital Marketing and CRM teams to ensure alignment of approach across campaign activities.
- Plan and coordinate weekly website content to support both the trade calendar and trade optimisations.
- Responsible for the creation and management of process and procedures to optimise for speed to market, performance and accuracy.
**Keys skills**:
- Sound business acumen with strong analytical and planning capabilities.
- Experience with managing direct reports and driving culture of high performance.
- Proven understanding of the retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Working knowledge of excel.
- Website analytics experience.
