The Company TKV provides comprehensive track and undercarriage solutions to owners and operators of fleets of tracked machinery throughout Australia. They take pride in their ability to support business owners and operators by offering undercarriage maintenance solutions efficiently and confidently, reducing downtime, frustration, and missed opportunities.Role PurposeAs the Marketing Manager, your mission is to drive business growth by executing brand strategies and efficiently managing daily marketing tasks. Your primary responsibility is to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan and budget that aligns with our strategic goals and targets set by the CEO. This plan will promote brand awareness, communicate TKV's competitive advantage, and enhance brand positioning in chosen markets. You'll work hands-on with your team and subcontract providers to achieve results and implement the marketing plan while having input into the overall business, financial, and brand strategy.
Key Tasks
- Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing budgets in line with strategic goals.
- Developing and understanding customer personas, including buying habits and preferences.
- Clearly communicating TKV's brand message and competitive advantage across various platforms, including video, social media, web, mobile, and traditional channels.
- Using data-driven analysis and market research to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.
- Collaborating closely with the Sales Team to ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales programs, maximizing business outcomes.
- Maintaining a suite of marketing collateral and promotional materials, including stationery and uniforms, to support the sales team.
- Identifying, engaging, and coordinating subcontract resources to handle tasks beyond the in-house team's capabilities, with regular performance audits to ensure standards are met or exceeded.
- Managing the portfolio of brands across the TKV group of businesses to ensure relevance, clear communication, and maintenance.
- Developing an Ecommerce strategy and systems to create a new revenue stream.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the overall marketing plan budget and Return on Marketing Activities (RMA).
- Driving revenue growth by increasing sales through effective marketing activities.
- Understanding customer segments and advocating for the customer within the business.
- Continuously measuring, evaluating, and improving marketing strategies and performance.
