How will I help?
Lead and coach a high-performing, State-based distribution team of Business Development Managers and Broker Support OfficersDrive strategic growth, home loan settlements, broker experience and NPS outcomes across the VIC broker channelDevelop and execute targeted market activation strategies to maximise broker engagement and business opportunitiesAct as a senior point of contact for escalations and complex issue resolution between brokers, aggregators, and internal teamsBuild, strengthen, and manage relationships with key aggregators and top-tier broker groups to drive sustainable business growthEmbed structured operating rhythms, sales disciplines, and performance routines across the team for consistent executionSupport capability uplift and career development through coaching, mentoring and performance managementChampion a strong risk culture and ensure compliance with customer service and risk management frameworks What do I need?
