We're looking for someone who wants to build meaningful relationships and make a difference in the lives of others through small moments that leave big impacts.About the roleAs a Personal Carer you'll provide care to clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
You will spend time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes, supporting daily activities.In-home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing.
Providing care in accordance with an individualised Care Plan.
Supporting community-based recreational and social activities.
