We're seeking applications from passionate Personal Carers to join our Community Care Team.If you have a passion for caring and want to empower others to live fully, then we'd love to hear from you.Personal Carer | BlueCare | Community CareEmployment Status: Permanent Part TimeRemuneration: $35.51 p/hr + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take-home pay) + Allowances & Travel Reimbursement (KM's) + Employee discountsMake a meaningful difference with BlueCareWe're looking for someone who wants to build meaningful relationships and make a difference in the lives of others through small moments that leave big impacts.About the role:As a Personal Carer, you'll provide care to clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.This includes scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes, supporting with daily activities, personal care, meal prep, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing.You will provide care in accordance with individualised Care Plans and support community-based recreational and social activities, including transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.We encourage creativity and enjoyment while contributing to our success.
