About The Role
  • As a Personal Carer you'll provide care to clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
  • Spend time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes, and supporting daily activities.
  • In-home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing.
  • Provide care in accordance with individualised Care Plans.
  • Support with community-based recreational and social activities.
  • Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.
Role Requirements
  • Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or an equivalent qualification - Essential
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential
  • Roadworthy and insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work - Essential
  • Experience with technology including smartphones, tablets, laptops
  • Confidence to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
